Announcement: Mark's "Key Ideas in the Philosophy of Mind" Fall 2026 Class

0:01Hey all, enrollment is now open for my Key Ideas in the Philosophy of Mind class. It is an online class running approximately every other week, from the very end of August to mid-December. We'll be starting out with some Aristotle and Descartes, and then getting right to those modern figures writing about the relationship between the mind and the brain, whether and how philosophers can study consciousness, and whether computers could have minds or be conscious. So we'll read some Alan Turing, Thomas Nagel, Dan Dennett, David Chalmers, John Searle,
